Sasha Banks has been the topic of discussion since she mysterious took some time off after WrestleMania. Earlier today, she made a momentous appearance at Sendai Girls’ Pro Wrestling dojo.
This morning, Sendai Girls’ co-founder and Japanese legend Meiko Satomura posted pictures of “The Boss” participating in an in-ring workout. It’s easy to assume Banks is training during her absence, but this is the first time she has been seen in a ring since April.
Notably, a few months ago Squared Circle Sirens reported Satomura would be a guest trainer the Performance Center in Orlando.
If Sasha Banks showed up to train at the Performance Center, rumors would immediately circulate about her highly anticipated return to WWE. So, it’s not hard to imagine she wanted to train somewhere less conspicuous and continue to keep fans guessing what her next move will be.
That won’t stop people from speculating. As a matter of fact, many theories suggest she will be back in time for SummerSlam because she is still on the poster for the event. The exchange between Nikki Cross and Bayley last night on Raw added even more fuel to those rumors.
It’s still hard to tell when she will return or if she plans to continue to sit out her contract. At any rate, Banks has been seemingly enjoying her time off and reveling in working fans in the process. Over the weekend, she was seen with Pro Wrestling NOAH star, Naomichi Marufuji, and Joshi wrestler, Reika Saiki.
What do you think? Will Sasha Banks show up to help her former tag team partner this weekend at Extreme Rules?
