Tonight, Sasha Banks made her long-awaited return to Monday Night Raw. Banks hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since WrestleMania 35.
The Boss returned during Natalya’s promo following her match with Becky Lynch last night at SummerSlam. She came out to a huge pop and embraced “The Queen of Hart” after she gave a heartfelt confession about her late father, Jimmy “The Anvil” Neidhart.
Then, Banks jumped Nattie and pulled off her wig to reveal she’s now sporting blue hair. She mercilessly attacked Natalya until Lynch’s music hit and she ran down to confront her fellow Horsewoman.
“The Boss” instantly turned her attack onto the Raw Women’s Champion. The two traded blows and brawled outside of the ring. However, Banks eventually gained the upper hand.
She continued to beat down “The Man” with a steel chair until security came down to stop her.
Banks seems to have reverted to a heel persona, similar to her character from NXT. It’s unclear what caused the change, but she appears to have her sights on Becky Lynch and the Raw Women’s Championship.
Over the weekend, Becky Lynch mocked Sasha Banks again during an interview with Sky Sports. It’s not hard to imagine Banks has been waiting for her chance to respond.
