Renee Michelle will make her return to independent wrestling this weekend at Ladies Night Out 7.
Michelle has been featured on WWE programming recently alongside her real-life husband, Drake Maverick. However, some fans may not realize she has been wrestling since 2013.
Over the weekend, Title Match Wrestling announced that Renee Michelle will appear at the upcoming Ladies Night Out show on Aug. 17. This will be her first in-ring appearance for an indie promotion since last summer.
Michelle teamed up with Maverick to challenge Carmella and R-Truth for the 24/7 Championship a few weeks ago on the July 29 episode of Raw. She was also a participant in the first Mae Young Classic in the summer of 2017, when she was eliminated in the first round by Candice LeRae.
She also made a more obscure cameo in 2014 as one of Adam Rose’s Rosebuds on the Dec. 8 episode of Raw.
In the past, Michelle has worked with Shine Wrestling, National Wrestling League, the House of Pain Wrestling Federation, East Coast Wrestling Association, and MCW. Most notably, she debuted with World Xtreme Wrestling in June of 2015 and went on to become the current WXW Diamond Division Champion.
Ladies Night Out 7 will take on Saturday, Aug. 17. The card will also feature Ivelisse vs. Diamante, Mercedes Martinez vs. Hyan, Thunder Rosa vs. Raychell Rose, Kiera Hogan vs. Aja Perera, and more.
The show will be available on Title Match Wrestling Network.
