According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Session Moth Martina has signed a full-time deal with Ring of Honor and she will be part of their Women of Honor division.
The deal will allow her to continue to wrestling in Japan for Stardom as well as take bookings for shows in Europe. Back in June, Martina had a tryout for NXT UK. She was offered a deal but reportedly turned it down.
Martina is an eight-year veteran in the ring. She has wrestled and won titles all over the world.
Session Moth has held the ICW Women’s Championship once and the OTT Women’s Championship twice. She has also held championships with Discovery Wrestler, Pro Wrestling All-Stars, and Southside Wrestling Entertainment.
This comes to the surprise of many because ROH doesn’t utilize their women nearly as much as WWE does. Perhaps the addition of Martina is a sign that changes will come to the Woman of Honor division.
