Independent wrestler, Sierra, took to her Twitter account to announce that she will take some time off from the ring and social media.
She stated the reason for the hiatus is that she is burnt out. “Between school, work and wrestling I have really burned myself out and it’s taken a toll on me mentally and has affected my real life and my love towards wrestling.”
Sierra made her in-ring debut in 2015 and has been wrestling non-stop since. At just 20 years old she has wrestled all over the globe. She has also worked with some of the best women in independent wrestling.
She has held numerous titles, including the Brew City Wrestling Women’s Champion—which she held five times. Sierra has also wrestled for Shimmer, ROH, CSW and she was recently one of the competitors in RISE’s Regional Rising Stars Tournament.
Regardless if Sierra ever returns to the ring, the success she has had at such a young age is undeniable. We wish her the best of luck.
