Last night, Britt Baker and the newly-crowned AEW Women’s World Champion, Riho, teamed up to face Bea Priestley and Emi Sakura. Afterward, AEW announced Baker will be Riho’s first challenger on next week’s episode of Dynamite.

During the match, “The Mayor of Brittsburgh” continued her heated rivalry with Priestley. The self-proclaimed “Top Gaijin” injured her at Fight for the Fallen and cost her a shot at the title at All Out.

Most fans and analysts believed Britt Baker could be the first AEW Women’s World Champion. However, it added more heat to her feud with Priestley. Since the Women’s Casino Battle Royale, Baker is back on track, picking up two wins over the last two weeks.

Last Wednesday, she and Allie defeated Priestley and Penelope Ford in a dark match after Baker forced Ford to submit. This week, Riho and Britt picked up a win over Bea Priestley and Emi Sakura.

After the match, she got into another scuffle with Priestley and AEW revealed Baker left Boston with a black eye. It will be interesting to see if Bea interferes with her match next week.
