According to NXT’s latest injury report, Mia Yim suffered possibly two injuries on this week’s episode during the main event.

The first came when she was holding a ladder close to her face. Io Shirai dropkicked it, causing the ladder to hit Yim face first. The collision busted her nose.

Later, it was diagnosed as a nasal fracture, which will be examined by a plastic surgeon. Officials also believe she suffered fractured ribs at the end of the match.

This possibly happened when Yim took that nasty bump after Kay Lee Ray tipped over the ladder to help Shirai win. The “HBIC” fell through another ladder outside of the ring onto the floor below.

Mia Yim will need to receive Xrays to access the damage but she is currently listed as day-to-day. It’s unclear if this means she will miss NXT TakeOver: WarGames.

Once Yim started bleeding from the nose, it was apparent she was hurt. We will learn more when she receives a complete diagnosis.

For now, we would like to wish her a swift recovery and hope that her injuries aren’t severe.
