At OTT Stickin’ Out, Scottish wrestler Sammii Jayne defeated Katey Harvey to win the OTT Women’s Championship.
Katey Harvey made her long-awaited return to Over The Top Wrestling, following double elbow surgery, last year at The Road To Fifth Year Anniversary. In October, she defeated Valkyrie to regain the women’s title.
Harvey successfully defended the title against Debbie Keitel in November at Outer Space Odessey 4. This weekend at Stickin’ Out, she faced her newest challenger in Sammii Jayne, who was the third OTT Women’s Champion.
After her eight-month journey back to wrestling, it would easy to expect Katey Harvey to enjoy another lengthy tenure with the title.
However, Jayne pulled an upset, ending Havey’s 71-day reign to become a two-time OTT Women’s Champion. This makes her the third woman to win the title twice behind Harvey and Session Moth Martina.
OTT’s next event, Take Me To Your Leader, will take place next month on Feb. 1 in Dublin, Ireland. Tickets are available here.
