Fans will soon know who is next to go after the title against current NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley, determined via a Battle Royal.

WWE has announced a no. 1 contender’s Battle Royal is set for next week’s episode of NXT to determine who will be Ripley’s next challenger.

The Battle Royal will feature NXT Superstars Candice LeRae, Chelsea Green, Dakota Kai, Bianca Belair, Vanessa Borne, Mia Yim, Xia Li, Io Shirai, Kayden Carter, and new signees Shotzi Blackheart and Santana Garrett.

This will be the first non-dark NXT television match Green has appeared on, and the second NXT television match for Blackheart. Kai was last on NXT on Dec. 11, Borne last on NXT on Nov. 27.

The Nightmare will have to face another challenger the following week at WWE Worlds Collide, where Toni Storm will be vying to become the next double champion.
