Over the weekend, Jazzy Gabert took to Twitter to announce she is a “free agent.” So, The Alpha Female is no longer apart of NXT UK.

Gabert took part in the 2017 Mae Young Classic. Afterward, WWE offered her a contract, but they rescinded it after they discovered she had three herniated discs in her neck.

She underwent surgery in March of 2018 and she was cleared to wrestle by July. In January of 2019, she resigned with WWE and appeared at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool.

Gabert made her debut on May 15, 2019, and aligned herself with Jinny. She was supposed to compete at the NXT UK tapings last week in York. However, she wasn’t cleared to wrestle due to a recent car accident.

As it turns out, the Alpha Female only signed a one-year contract last January, which just expired. She decided not to sign a new one.

Gabert has been wresting since 2001. She worked with Pro Wrestling: EVE, STARDOM, and TNA before it became IMPACT.

It’s unclear what’s next for Jazzy Gabert but it seems like she still intends to work. She could be a great asset to another company.
