IMPACT Wrestling officially changed their upcoming pay-per-view, Rebellion, into a two-night episode of Impact!.
In light of the restrictions placed upon live events as a result of the coronavirus, IMPACT Wrestling will hold its next major spectacular—IMPACT: Rebellion—on a closed set with only essential personnel in attendance, as per the guidelines put in place by the CDC.
Originally planned as a pay-per-view special, Rebellion will now expand into a two-part television event airing April 21 and April 28 as part of the weekly flagship series IMPACT!
The event was originally scheduled to take place this weekend on Sunday, Apr. 19. Although IMPACT was forced to reschedule it and change the format, most of the card is still intact.
Kylie Rae will make her pay-per-view debut in a match with Kiera Hogan. Meanwhile, Jordynne Grace will defend the Knockouts Championship against Taya Valkyrie in a Full Metal Mayhem Match.
Finally, the first female IMPACT World Champion, Tessa Blanchard, will take on Michael Elgin and Eddie Edwards in a Triple Threat Match.
IMPACT: Rebellion will start next week on Tuesday Apr. 21 and continue on Apr. 28.
