Sierra Loxton forced to retire from in-ring competition

Sadly, Sierra Loxton received an update on her back injury that will force her to retire from in-ring competition.

The 21-year-old Welsh wrestler sustained the back injury last summer after a scary bump at Pro Wrestling: EVE “She Rules.” Later, Loxton revealed that she broke a bone in her lumbar vertebrae, which would force her to undergo surgery.

The injury would keep her out of action indefinitely. Since June, Loxton has been recuperating and working to return to wrestling. Unfortunately, she received another diagnosis today that rendered the injury career-ending.

In a heartfelt statement via Twitter, Sierra Loxton announce that the injury regressed and she would have to retire.

I’ve just came out of the spinal clinic after speaking to my consultant. I’ve just found out that I have a new fracture in my lower back, as a result of this I’ll never be able to compete in any in-ring activity.

This is tragic news as Loxton was only active for three years. It’s truly a shame to see her career cut short so soon.

Loxton expressed gratitude for all the support she has received and love for wrestling. She plans to continue to give back to the business even though she can no longer compete.

We here at Bell to Belles would like to wish Sierra Loxton good luck with her recovery and whatever she decides to do next.
