STARDOM plans to return on June 21

STARDOM is the latest wrestling promotion to announce plans to start hosting events again. According to a recent press release, STARDOM will return on June 21 with a show called “STARDOM is again.”

The Joshi promotion made the announcement on Tuesday via their Twitter account. They also revealed that their athletes and staff underwent antibody testing and all were cleared by the physician last weekend.

This event will occur in front of a live crowd with limited seating available. Tickets are first-come, first-serve and they will go on sale this Wednesday for STARDOM Fan Club members only. The card will be announced on the day of the show and it will be available on STARDOM World within a week.

This will be the first event they’ve hosted this year since the 2020 Cinderella Tournament back in March. It will also be the first show since the tragic death of Hana Kimura.

Due to the limited amount of space inside Shin-Kiba 1st Ring in Tokyo, flower tributes won’t be set up for Kimura. In addition, STARDOM asked that fans wait until her memorial service to pay tribute to her.

STARDOM provided a series of guidelines for the event on its official website. Notably, fans won’t be allowed to throw streamers or cheer loudly. They are also prohibited from sitting near the wrestlers’ entry and exit points.

“STARDOM is again” will take place on Sunday, June 21 at Shin-Kiba 1st Ring in Tokyo, Japan.
