Brandi Lauren reportedly signed by WWE

Earlier today, PWInsider confirmed several former EVOLVE talents had signed with WWE, including Brandi Lauren.

In July, PWInsider had reported that when WWE acquired EVOLVE, they intended to sign several wrestlers from the EVOLVE roster.

Brandi Lauren debuted in-ring in 2016 and has appeared for over two dozen promotions since, including SHINE, Impact, Ring of Honor, RISE, SHIMMER, and once for WWE as Lacey Evans’ squash opponent on a 2018 episode of NXT.

The New York native debuted for EVOLVE in 2019, her most notable feuds against Avery Taylor and Shotzi Blackheart. Lauren was also an active member of the stable “In Crowd” with Anthony Greene, Harlem Bravado, and Jessi Kamea.

Lauren has held the Full Throttle Pro Wrestling Ladies Championship twice, last holding it as Ava Storie in 2018 for 329 days.

Other female WWE talent that wrestled within EVOLVE include Kayden Carter, Mia Yim, and Raquel Gonzalez.
