According to PWInsider, former Impact Knockouts Champion Taya Valkyrie has signed with WWE.
Last week, Triple H stated in a media call that an upcoming class of new signees would have the largest ratio of female signees, to date. Valkyrie was also seen at last Wednesday’s taping of WWE NXT.
Valkyrie has not been seen on Impact Wrestling TV since it was revealed she had shot Johnny Bravo in storyline to prevent friend Rosemary from marrying him.
The last match she worked for Impact was against Deonna Purrazzo in January, at Hard To Kill.
The Canadian-born wrestler currently holds three titles, all for longer than a year: the Ironfist Women’s Championship, the HOW Women’s Champion, and her third AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.
Taya Valkyrie made her debut for Impact Wrestling in Sept. 2017, and has remained an integral part of the Knockouts Division, holding the Impact Knockouts Championship for 377 days, and even challenging Tessa Blanchard for the Impact World Championship.
The 10-year veteran is married to current WWE Raw Superstar John Morrison.
