Independent wrestler and former AEW and IMPACT signee Kylie Rae announced her retirement from professional wrestling via her Patreon.
Rae left the following message to her patrons:
“I wanted to take this time to say I am no longer a professional wrestler and am currently taking a break from social media,” she said in her statement. “It’s been a very hard decision to make but please understand. When I am well, I will try to fulfill any obligations that have missed [sic].”
Kylie Rae broke onto the indie scene in 2016 and quickly became a fan favorite. She was in the original plans for AEW’s women’s division, but left the company on good terms before her in-ring debut. After a hiatus, she returned to wrestling and signed with IMPACT. Her last televised match on IMPACT was on October 13, defeating Kimber Lee.
