Nia Jax reported back to the WWE Performance Center

Nia Jax has reported to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando to begin in-ring training. Jax posted on Instagram that she has taken the next step in her recovery by testing out her surgically repaired knees in the ring.

The former Raw Women’s Champion last appeared in the ring at this year’s WrestleMania. She and her teammate, Tamina, were part of the fatal four-way match for the Women’s Tag Team Championship. After Mania, she underwent double knee surgery to repair her ACL in both knees.

In a recent episode of Total Divas, viewers learned that Jax had been wrestling for quite a while with basically no ACL in either knee. WWE originally estimated her return could be eight to fourteen months post-op, which could potentially lead to a return at Royal Rumble.

There is still no time frame for when Nia will actually make her return to action. But the fact that she has been cleared to train in the ring is a good sign.

Which brand do you hope Nia Jax join after her eventual return to WWE? Who would you like her to feud with? Leave a comment below and let us know.
