It would seem that the ever enigmatic Knockout, Su Yung, has signed a new multi-year contract with IMPACT Wrestling.
Back in March, Su Yung revealed that she was a free agent in a cryptic message on her Twitter account. In the days that followed, Mike Johnson at PWInsider confirmed that her contract with the company had expired.
On Monday, IMPACT announced that Yung had resigned with the company. According to PWInsider, Yung signed a new multi-year contract after two months of negotiations.
Su Yung hasn’t been seen on their programming since the Mar. 24 episode of Impact!, where she took part in an Undead Realm match against Havok.
Prior to that, they competed in a brutal No Disqualification match at the beginning of the month.
Su Yung, a former Knockouts Champion, has been with IMPACT since she returned in 2018. It’s unclear when Yung will return television as IMPACT has taped several weeks of programming in response to shutdowns caused by COVID 19.
At any rate, she will continue to add to their deep women’s division when she does.
