Three women qualify for WWE Money in the Bank Match

On tonight’s essential episode of WWE Raw, three participants qualified for the 2020 Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

WWE held three qualifying matches on Monday night. First, Asuka took on Ruby Riott in one of the most entertaining matches of the night. “Empress of Tomorrow” started off playful, but as usual no one should take her likely.

Eventually, she cinched in the Asuka Lock and forced Riott to tap out to become the first competitor in this year’s Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Next, Shayna Baszler faced Sarah Logan.

Baszler still looked despondent after her loss to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36 and she took her anger out on Logan. “The Queen of Spades” viciously took stomped down on her arm, taking her out of the match. There was some confusion at first but Baszler ultimately qualified by default.

Lastly, Nia Jax dominated Kairi Sane to earn the third spot in the women’s ladder match. So, Asuka, Shayna Baszler, and Nia Jax will compete for this year’s Money in the Bank briefcase.

With three slots left, Dana Brooke will go one-on-one with Naomi in the first SmackDown qualifying match.

WWE Money in the Bank will take place on Sunday, May 10 presumably at the WWE Performance Center.
