WWE reportedly signs Kris Statlander to a developmental contract

UPDATE: Squared Circle Sirens have retracted their report that Statlander has signed a developmental deal with WWE.

According to Squared Circle Sirens, WWE has signed Kris Statlander to a developmental contract. “The Galaxy’s Greatest Alien” is a New York-based wrestler who made her debut in 2017.

Statlander, who was trained by Pat Buck at the Create A Pro Academy, was the school’s first female graduate. Since she debuted, Statlander has wrestled all over the country and made quite an impression on fans and promoters.

Back in February, she was part of the EVOLVE/WWN Live seminar and was selected by WWE to be an extra for NXT tapings, as well as on SmackDown.

Statlander has wrestled for Beyond Wrestling, Shine and Women Superstars Uncensored (WSU) to name a few. This past weekend, she wrestled for Shimmer and was part of their Interim Heart Of SHIMMER Title Tournament. Just this year, Statlander held the WSU Spirit Championship for 189 days.
